1المعلومات التي نتعامل معهاInformation We Handle

لا يطلب SmokeCut منك إنشاء حساب أو إدخال اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم هاتفك. المعلومات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق تُنشَأ منك أثناء الاستخدام وتُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط، وتشمل:

SmokeCut does not ask you to create an account or enter your name, email, or phone number. The information the app handles is generated by you during use and is saved locally on your device only. This includes:

• سجل محاولتك للإقلاع (تاريخ البدء، نوع المنتج مثل السجائر أو الشيشة/الأركيلة).
• تقدّمك واستخدامك: الأيام بدون تدخين، المبالغ الموفّرة، والإحصائيات الصحية المحسوبة.
• إعداداتك وتفضيلاتك داخل التطبيق (اللغة، المظهر، أوقات التذكير).
• الرسائل التي تكتبها لمدرّب الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI Coach) لإنشاء رد لك.

• Your quit journey (start date, product type such as cigarettes or shisha/hookah).
• Your progress and usage: smoke-free days, money saved, and calculated health stats.
• Your in-app settings and preferences (language, theme, reminder times).
• The messages you type to the AI Coach in order to generate a response for you.

2ميزة مدرّب الذكاء الاصطناعيThe AI Coach Feature

عند استخدامك لميزة المدرّب الذكي، يُرسَل نصّ رسالتك إلى واجهة Google Gemini API لإنشاء الرد فقط. تتم معالجة الرسالة في الوقت الحقيقي لتوليد الجواب، ولا نقوم نحن بتخزينها على أي خادم تابع لنا. تخضع هذه المعالجة لسياسة خصوصية Google.

When you use the AI Coach feature, the text of your message is sent to the Google Gemini API solely to generate the response. The message is processed in real time to produce the answer, and we do not store it on any server of ours. This processing is subject to Google's privacy policy.

3كيف تُستخدم البياناتHow Your Data Is Used

تُستخدم البيانات المخزّنة محلياً لغرض واحد: تشغيل التطبيق لك. تحديداً، لعرض تقدّمك وإحصائياتك، حساب الأيام والمبالغ الموفّرة، إرسال إشعارات التذكير والتحفيز، وتخصيص ردود المدرّب الذكي حسب رحلتك. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية.

The locally stored data is used for one purpose: to run the app for you. Specifically, to show your progress and statistics, calculate smoke-free days and savings, send reminder and motivational notifications, and tailor the AI Coach responses to your journey. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it for marketing.

4مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثةData Sharing With Third Parties

لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية مع أي طرف ثالث، باستثناء ما هو ضروري تقنياً لتشغيل الميزات:

We do not share your personal data with any third party, except what is technically necessary to operate features:

• Google Gemini API — يُرسَل نصّ رسائلك للمدرّب الذكي فقط، ولأجل توليد الرد فقط.
• قد يُستخدم Google Play Services / Apple لتسليم الإشعارات (Push Notifications) عبر FCM/APNs، دون مشاركة محتوى بياناتك الشخصية.

• Google Gemini API — the text of your AI Coach messages, used only to generate the response.
• Google Play Services / Apple may be used to deliver push notifications via FCM/APNs, without sharing the content of your personal data.

5الاحتفاظ بالبياناتData Retention

بما أن SmokeCut تطبيق يعمل بدون اتصال، فإن جميع بياناتك (سجلّات الإقلاع، التقدّم، المبالغ الموفّرة، والإعدادات) تُخزَّن محلياً على جهازك ولا تُرسَل إلى خوادمنا أو تُخزَّن لدينا. تبقى هذه البيانات على جهازك طالما أن التطبيق مثبَّت، أو إلى أن تختار حذفها بنفسك. نحن لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات شخصية من جهتنا.

Because SmokeCut is an offline-first app, all of your data (quit logs, progress, savings, and settings) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. This data is retained on your device for as long as the app is installed, or until you choose to delete it. We do not retain any personal data on our side.

أما رسائل المدرّب الذكي، فتُعالَج لحظياً لإنشاء الرد ولا نقوم نحن بتخزينها.

As for AI Coach messages, they are processed in real time to produce the response and are not stored by us.

6حذف البياناتData Deletion

لأن بياناتك مخزّنة محلياً على جهازك، فأنت تملك التحكم الكامل بها. يمكنك حذف جميع بياناتك في أي وقت بإحدى الطرق التالية:

Because your data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of it. You can delete all of your data at any time using one of the following methods:

• من داخل التطبيق: عبر خيار إعادة الضبط / حذف البيانات في إعدادات التطبيق.
• من إعدادات الجهاز (أندرويد): الإعدادات ← التطبيقات ← SmokeCut ← التخزين ← مسح البيانات.
• حذف التطبيق (إلغاء التثبيت)، وهو ما يزيل نهائياً جميع البيانات المخزّنة محلياً.

• Inside the app: via the Reset / Delete Data option in the app settings.
• From device settings (Android): Settings → Apps → SmokeCut → Storage → Clear Data.
• Uninstalling the app, which permanently removes all locally stored data.

7الأذوناتPermissions

قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات لإرسال تذكيرات ورسائل تحفيزية تدعم رحلتك في الإقلاع. هذا الإذن اختياري، ويمكنك رفضه أو إيقافه لاحقاً من إعدادات جهازك دون أن يؤثّر على وظائف التطبيق الأساسية.

The app may request notification permission to send reminders and motivational messages that support your quit journey. This permission is optional, and you may decline it or turn it off later from your device settings without affecting the app's core functionality.

8خصوصية الأطفالChildren's Privacy

يتناول هذا التطبيق محتوى متعلّقاً بالإقلاع عن التدخين والتبغ، وهو موجَّه للبالغين. لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات من الأطفال.

This app addresses content related to quitting smoking and tobacco and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

9التعديلات على هذه السياسةChanges to This Policy

قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر. عند حدوث أي تغيير جوهري، سنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى هذه الصفحة. ننصحك بمراجعتها بين الحين والآخر.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When a material change occurs, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
